Walnan 4 virtual farming is an agribusiness package for individuals who wants to invest in agriculture, farming or sponsor a farmer for profit sharing. This package is designed for individuals who have a desire for farming but have no physical time to be available to engage in farming activities, individuals who want to explore a supplement income streams or individuals with a plan to venture into agriculture but are not ready and want to leverage on not too demanding projects to build their capacity and gain needed experience before committing full time.
We have two packages:
Become a farmer without having to visit a farm and getting dirty with the processes. Walnan 4 makes you a farmer without having to own a land, go to farm and get dirty tilling the soil. We eliminate the stress of farming from you and still make you some profit after a stipulated period of time.

Way of Work
Walnan 4 believes in transparency and will make use of a FREE SCALE in weighing yields from the farm in the presence of farmer or farmers’ trusted representative to determine exact yield.
Payout
Walnan 4 pays out principal investment plus interest to virtual farmers after sale of yield and payment for commodities received.
Payout Period
3 business days after confirmation of receipt of payment from buyers after sales.
You sponsor while we Grow for You
Virtual Farmer
You invest in an already existing farm together with other investors. You can invest for 1 acre to 5 acres for some specific crops. You invest for the production of the crop you choose. You are the owner of the crop under production and owns all the profits from the potential yield. Management fees would be negotiated and agreed before production starts. You invest in a crop season.
Virtual Farming Project
The virtual farming project is for virtual Farmers who wants to start and own a production project. In this package, the virtual Farmer, acquires/buys a land and owns the entire production. The cost of this package includes either rental of land or purchase of the land, entire farm layout and total production. Package would be discussed to fit virtual project requirements of the virtual Farmer. You invest for an entire production season

You invest to partner any of our registered Smallholder farmers by funding the purchase of the below services or inputs

- Fulfillment (Post Harvest Handling)

With our outgrowers list of experienced farmers and agronomic and farm management team growing commodities in demand, Walnan 4 enables you to sponsor or partner in the cultivation of selected crops which shall be sold to ready market, enabling you to reap the rewards after harvest and sales.
These farms would be insured (agreed between parties) Virtual Farmers have total access to the farms any day, any time.
There are scheduled and organised farm visitation for all virtual Farmers to all farms.( This can grow virtual Farmers connections and networks through meeting other virtual Farmers).
Virtual Farmer receives;
The production plan
Monthly updates with videos and images.
Can schedule field meetings etc to be updated with all operations.
Harvest would be sold to already existing buyers and payouts of initial investment and interests would be made to virtual Farmers. Virtual Farmer can opt to rollover full or collect returns and rollover initial investment for next crop season or opt out entirely.
